This website is operated by The Meadow Retreat Drummullan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Meadow Retreat Drummullan. The Meadow Retreat Drummullan offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

With each booking it is the responsibility of the person/people booking to communicate our terms and conditions to your fellow members. By agreeing to our Term & Conditions you are doing so for all party guests.
SECTION 2 - ALCOHOL CONDITIONS
Our premises is not insured to have alcohol served on the property and any/all alcohol consumed by your party during your visit to The Meadow Retreat, is entirely at the guests own risk. The Meadow Retreat take no responsibility for guests who choose to consume alcohol while visiting our spa and all any/all accidents whilst on the premises.
SECTION 3 - ALLERGIES / MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is of vital importance that you alert your therapist to any and all allergies of guests whilst visiting The Meadow Retreat. If you have any medical conditions it is the guests own responsibility to consult their GP before visiting the spa. We also recommend that any visitors to the spa who have sensitive skin do not use the hot tubs as these can aggravate your condition.
SECTION 4 - CAUTION
Please be aware of our property's various flooring levels which may be seen as a trip hazard and caution should be taken. Also as our premises houses a number of hot tubs, the floor can be slippery at times and guests should take care when moving around to avoid accidents.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
